Not sure you're ready to bid?

Three quick questions. Whatever you answer, we'll show you a way forward.

  1. Have you done similar work for a customer in the last few years?
  2. Can you show your company accounts for the last two or three years?
  3. Do you have the certificates your trade usually asks for?

A quick feel for it, not a verdict. Nothing you answer here is saved.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you do

One sentence, or your website. We draft your profile and you check it in about 30 seconds.

  2. Get your matches every morning

Each one has a score, a line on why it fits, a summary in your language and the days left to bid.

  3. Check before you bid

For €5, we read the documents and tell you what you have, what's missing and where it says so. Then you decide.

Can we bid? Know in minutes

For €5 a tender, we read the documents and compare every must-have with your company. Each one shows the page it came from, and a way forward for every gap.

Tender words, in plain language

The five words that put most people off.

Tender
A public buyer's invitation to send an offer for something it needs, like furniture or IT work.
Lot
A part of a tender you can bid for on its own. Lots let smaller firms bid for just the piece they do well.
CPV code
An EU number for what's being bought. For example, 39160000 means school furniture.
ESPD
The European Single Procurement Document: a standard form where you declare you meet the basic rules. Proof usually comes later, and only from the winner.
Award criteria
How the buyer scores the offers. Often a mix of price and quality, for example 60% price and 40% quality.

Simple prices, no surprises

Finding tenders costs little. You pay more only when you're about to bid. Business prices are shown without VAT, plus VAT where it applies.

Questions

Are public tenders really open to small companies?

Yes. Public buyers in the EU must treat every bidder equally, and many tenders are split into lots so smaller firms can bid for a part. The check tells you what a given tender asks for.

Where do the tenders come from?

From TED, the EU's official tenders journal. TED only holds tenders above the EU thresholds: for 2026 and 2027, €140,000 for central-government services and supplies, €216,000 for regional and local buyers' services and supplies, €5,404,000 for works. Smaller tenders on national portals aren't included yet.

Can I trust the dates and values?

Deadlines, values, buyers and CPV codes come from the official notice data, never from AI. AI summaries are labeled as AI summaries, and every tender links to its official notice. Only the Official Journal version is authentic.

Do you submit bids for us?

No. You decide and you submit, on the buyer's own portal. We never sign anything, never contact buyers for you, and never ask for your portal passwords.

What if the documents can't be read?

Then the check isn't charged, or the credit comes back automatically, and we tell you which documents were missing or unreadable.

How do I cancel?

In two clicks, from your account. No calls and no forms.

What if it isn't useful?

Email us within 30 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund.

Where is my data kept?

In the EU. We delete it when you ask. Uploaded tender documents are deleted 90 days after the tender's deadline.
